2. There is nothing wrong with your parcel, either you wait for it to be scan by Croatia Post/Customs Office or contact seller and tel him you have not receive your parcel. Or even if you think that your parcel is lost, then just open a dispute to get your money back.

1. I never said to expect your parcel this week. I hope for you to get your parcel this week but I can say to you that you will receive it this week.
