Can someone please find my parcel and get it to me. I used a China agent and so can’t open dispute for a refund.

EV858621756CN was shipped in March. Normally it should arrive UK in 2 to 3 weeks. It must be lost.

You need contact your agent to file investigation with China Post EMS department. If your agent does not want to help you, you can do nothing to get your money or parcel back. Buying through agent is very risky, normally I don't suggest people do this.
