I have been ordering things from China for over a year..but have never had anything sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus?

Is this a real number? 18013720451BJ

I can't find any information on it...on the site it sends me to..but when I look under order detail it says:

2014.11.19 23:00 (GMT-7): Handed over to Beijing Post
2014.11.18 05:47 (GMT-7): Departure from Warehouse
2014.11.18 05:46 (GMT-7): Arrival at Warehouse

this kind of tracking number makes no sense. You can only wait about 30 days and see if the parcel can arrive or not, if not, open dispute and claim refund.

Comprei um produto no site AliExprees na loja jackie shen's store , solicitei o produto no mês de Novembro/2014 e o número de rastreamento 18021703058BJ, não consigo rastrear desde 27/11/2014 que estaria em Xangai. Já entrei em contato com a loja, mas eles falam para mim esperar. O que devo fazer? pedir reembolso?

English please, well I track it then you'r using Yanwen right?
first yanwen tracking is mess up and for me is non senses.
But usually if you using Yanwen you should have China post register air mail tracking number too.
for example my parcel RG129112275CN track it using Yanwen website then track it using http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php even I can track it by Indonesia Post.
