Hi my tracking number is LY654940705CN with epacket and it has been over 16 days since the last update of "dispatch from sorting center". Can you please give me an update on my package. thanks

LY654940705CN is still waiting for flight from south china to JFK. now south china is suffering Typhoon. You need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel. Once it arrives USA, usps.com will show ISC NEW YORK status.

are you sure there will be an update? since the last update was 16 days ago and i had other parcels sent off on the same day and they were delivered last week. Is there any chance that the parcel was lost?

Hi my item purchased from AliExpress with tracking no. LZ730534158CN has been returned back to sender after 21 days in transit. Here the details of tracking:

2018-08-24 22:39:54 left Guangzhou going to Kuala Lumpur international Airport
2018-08-24 22:39:54 left Guangzhou going to Guangzhou EMS Corp
2018-09-15 09:47:32 China EMS Ltd. Shenzhen 龙岗Corp 坑梓揽arrange delivery (delivery 员姓名:陈明艺;Phone :13544193354)
2018-09-15 09:51:30 return delivered

What are the reason the item did not pass through out from China? Is there any issues related to custom?

Not sure the return reason. But no matter what return reason, you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
