Good afternoon , I'm David merando , I'm waiting for news about an expedition through your company started on 21 /12/ 2014 and not yet delivered. when i tracking the shipment on your web portal table appears that says : " RI275796623CN 2014 Sent to Guangzhou Italy airline 2014/12/22 in 16:18 " but at the postal Italian the shipping code is not registered yet . I can get clarification about the shipment?

Hello My orders were coming in up to 10 days in Brazil , are now taking a month and has orders that not arrived in Brazil yet, what happened? Problems in China

I would like to know where my RC169615426CN package is more than a month and did not arrive in Brazil

Because of the holidays, be patient guys...also be aware Italy customs are very strict so that may also be a problem.
