Can I get update on parcel please

On April 19 it said - Leaving parcel center Guangzhou (China) LAL

Is it lost or stuck in customs?

LL171416993CN should be seriously delayed in Guangzhou. Normally epacket will arrive UK in 2 to 3 weeks.

I suggest you wait another one week. If you can not get it by May 31, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Did these people over sell or what?. Mine shipped out May 6, and still no tracking info.

The store have said posting is not their responsibility and any lost parcels will not be refunded. So I think i've lost money there, luckily not a huge amount but very frustrating
