Hello,
if anyone knows what does it mean?
I have seen in EMS-site this
"Your e-mail at 2014-05-08 09:07:00 (Daming Road headquarters) delivery and sign for
delivery results: return Tuotou"
Does it mean that package was returned to sender (buyer)?

Does anyone knows how to speed up a parcel sent by seller to post office changzhou on april 10th and now at Suzou leaving custom warehouse on may 16th, please? I need the goods ordered. Please, someone can help me asap?

you can wait at home. it should be delivered soon. If you do not get it by Monday, go to USPS office.
