Post Traking No.s without letters in?

I have noticed the tracking no.s associated with china post tend to have letters at the beginning and end of the number. I have received these from various sellers which do not have any letters...

82352634293

82346825427 - this number I have received from two separate sellers.

07096424715

07095529833

82360036782

All are coming up as invalid at the moment and were apparently dispatched before the 24th of november

1. Only one tracking number is active so far:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.07095529833 tracking result
2016-11-29 15:17:06.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-11-29 19:04:26.0 跨境eCommerce 综合服务center received
2016-11-29 21:59:00.0 跨境eCommerce 综合服务center customs scan
2016-11-29 22:08:00.0 leaving 跨境eCommerce 综合服务center
2016-11-30 21:59:00.0 计划going to next airport/seaport ，计划航班号KE2852-907，计划起飞时间13:30

2. You should contact the other seller and ask them what is going on.

3. The above parcel was only mail at China Post on the 29 Nov.
