Hello , it seems its a different tracking system and do not work for me , It told me "No shiping record" , but some days later its working ? someone have the same problem ?

our system is upgrading. Some records might have some display problem. If you can post your tracking number, I can help you track it manually.

you need some patient. status sometime might take 4 weeks to be updated, it is normal.

China Post Urumuqi office has very high lost and reject rate. if you can not get the parcel in 30 days after payment, you should open dispute immediately.

it seems nobody in turkmenistan gets parcels in 30 days. earliest comes after 2 month))))) that is practice of my friends here. is it possible to kvow the location of the parcels manually?
