Can u tell me about this tracking number its been 4day all ready...

Tracking Number : RB649257996CN

What should i do any idea?

RB649257996CN is not a valid number. you can open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress.

track them in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. If it shows "the parcel has not been received by China Post", then the number should be invalid number which means shipper did not ship the goods or gave you wrong number.
