Post real or fake?

I purchased some items off of eBay paid for them and the next day I get an email from eBay saying that there was potential fraud on the sellers account and if I had already paid for the item it should be shipped out as any other transaction but that I was not required to complete the sale I received a tracking number through PayPal of RI451936499CN I just wanted to make sure this is a real tracking number and I don't need to open a dispute with eBay and PayPal. If you could please help me out I would appreciate it.

RI451936499CN is real number. But as ebay told you that the seller is NOT reliable. You can not make sure if the item shipped is what you purchased in ebay. If I were you ,I will open dispute and claim refund.
