http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW309099031CN shows the parcel was just shipped From China Post Nanchong office to US on Dec 17.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with USA location.
