I bought an item from the seller on the 4th June 2014 at 7:24pm. Then the seller shipped my order on the 11th June 2014 at 8:07pm then on the day itself the seller gave me the tracking number RD285855034CN. After 2 days, i check my tracking number and its stated that the China Post has not received the parcel #RD285855034CN. After i received that tracking number status, i straight away ask the seller why i get this status saying. And the seller told me that they have shipped my item. But till now, another 1 more day its will be 1 month I've not receive the item. I've just check the tracking number again and the status still the same China Post has not received the parcel #RD285855034CN. I did message the seller, but there's no reply from the seller. On the 29th June 2014, this is what the seller message me:

05:39 AM
Dear, very sorry , we shipped the package ,

but now not received it ,
I am going to the Post Office for this package tomorrow .
If I come back from post office ,I will answer you as soon as Possible .

Wish to do long business with you in the future.

This is what the seller told me. Till now, there's no answer from them.

So right now, what should i do?

the seller never shipped you anything. the tracking number is fake. if you purchased on ebay or aliepxress, you should open a dispute and claim refund asap.

Its neither ebay nor aliexpress. Its other online seller. This morning i did message to the seller but there's no reply at all till now.

Request a refund from PayPal if you are positively sure that the seller never shipped you order.

They said,sometimes,
To your country, USA， France,Columbia,Brazil,Australia,,the tracing number can't check on the WEB.

But at most on July 22th,you can get it.
But at most on July 22th,you can get it.

maybe you don't know,
To your country,have many customers,have many packages in the Post Office,
so delay long,but I think you'll be very satisfied with it.

This is what the seller send a message to me but i dont whether its true or not.

If it's been more than 10 business days since the seller claimed that he shipped you order and you still can't track it then don't trust him he's definitely lying.
And to make sure that he's a fraud check his feedback, if the feedback consist of 200 hundred votes and less then he's definitely a fraud.
