What has happened to this RC071853378CN parcel ? According to China post on December 14 it has gone to custom inspection in China.But after that nothing.

RC071853378CN was returned from airline to Customs warehouse on Dec 14. Normally this means the parcel has problem to pass security check. You should file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money in case of lost.

This tracking number is showing "sent to airline" since 09/12/2013. But the parcel does not arrived me till now. However, the seller is saying that his express company is saying that parcel reached INDIA. But here in India my post office authority is saying they did not receive any parcel with this tracking number..

Now where the parcel is gone? Please help me. Its really very urgent. What should i do?
Please reply me ASAP..

Hello Saurabh!
Your shipment has sent to transport airline. At this time China Post is very slow due christmas and new year season. There is simply too much shipments to handle in time. Please don't worry. China Post has sent EDI-notice to Indian post. Your shipment will arrive soon after it is loaded in aircraft. In normal season transportation from China to destination country can take over two weeks and now is christmas rush. At this time EMS-shipments also take over two weeks to arrive in destination country after LEAVING China. Your shipment is in safe and will reach destination country soon.

Thank you so much REFAELI for reply.. I m really very very thankful to you. I think i should wait for a week more, if after that i will not receive my order, then i should open dispute.. Is that right?
Or i should wait more than week?

where have you ordered your item?
If you have paid by PayPal, you have 45 days after payment to open dispute. If you shopped from AliExpress than you have a timer in your own AliExpress account. I can help you more if you tell more about shipment. Glad if I can help.
I work in Finnish postal service so I know a lot about China post and other postal services too.

I have ordered on Aliexpress. The timer is showing about 8 days and 15 hours left..
But there is some option to extend time..
What should i do Rafaeli?

This example will be delivered tomorrow. This shipment is posted from Hangzhou and coming in Espoo, Finland. I tell you that because shipments to Europe can also take very long.

I recommend you to Request To Extend Delivery Date and wait another week. In all cases open dispute BEFORE this timer runs out.
