I ordered a dress from alieexpress about 2 weeks ago, and i'm anxious because the status that I tracked my dress is sent to airline with the destination being Belarus. How long will it take to get from Belarus to the UK ?????? My tracking number is RC252917218CN ( also the seller removed my dress from the website along with all it's other products and is not replying to my messages should I wait, or ask for a refund from alieexpress as I need this dress by the 10th of April)

The parcel FINAL destination country is Belarus ,NOT UK. I believe the seller gave you a wrong tracking number or shipped the goods to a wrong country. You should open a dispute to Aliexpress and claim money back.
