Can you please help locate my order...when I track it, it tells me it left china on the
08-11-13 heading for Great Britain, I have heard nothing since and am getting worried.

The tracking number is: CP277180437CN

now is rush season, waiting in airport for 2 to 4 weeks is normal.

When was your tracking number given to you? Is this just a recent order because if it is it could take a week or more to show up on tracking. And a package from China sent internationally can take 4 weeks especially during the busy period coming up to Christmas could be longer
