Hello
Please help me admin
I purchased item from ebay , the seller sent me a tracking no ( EE959619425CN ) in April 1, 2014 . He mentioned that the parcel will arrive to me on April 3, 2014 .
I started tracking the parcel since 10 days ago and find the parcel not moving from China .
I paid for the seller UPS worldwide saver fees which mean that I have to receive the item within 72 hours .
Please can you help me to find out where is my parcel now ? When can I have it?

the parcel was shipped by EMS (http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php), NOT UPS, it can not arrive your country within 72 hours. you should open a dispute claim to ebay and refund asap.

Is that mean the the parcel will never arrive to my country, or may it will arrive later.
I already open a case in ebay against the seller , and escalate it to ebay customer support , they said that wait to the parcel to arrive and then we will take action

it will arrive your country, but arriving time should 7 to 15 days, not 72 hours.

RB764114407CN can you tell me where this package reach please. the seller told me it would be shipped in 1 day and deliver in 5 days. its that possible with china post airmail for me to get it in 5 days. i await your respond

EE959619425CN is a china post EMS parcel, normally it will arrive Saudi Arabia in one to two weeks. 5 days arrival is IMPOSSIBLE.

5 days is impossible to arrive Jamaica. Normally it will take about 4 weeks.
