5 days ago.
after I bought it seller put a tracking number in a really short time.
As usual I checked it from 17track website then I saw
electronic data received information.
after I wrote him about this situation he said it was a wrong tracking number and he added another one.

again it was with the same situation but when I asked about it he said he already gave it to the post office and already sent to my country.
after maybe 50 messages he did not answer any of them I explained I wanted the product I do not want to open dispute etc but nothing no reply at all but in parallel time he answered my friend's questions sent from my friend's profile. anyways, I wrote to aliexpress customer service and they just said open a dispute after 10 days.
after 4th person A good customer service consular said she sent an e-mail to seller. and a copy to my mail. and shared the email of seller with me, for me to communicate.
I wrote an email about he is making something not good I wanted the product and etc.
And he answered with awful and insulting words to me.
I am a woman so it is so offensive and insulting
so help me what should I do? please I want him to be punished

1. First about the tracking number, what I tell people here when they get their tracking number is to wait at least 10 days before China Post register the parcel into the China Post system. The tracking of your parcel is here:

2. Like you mention in your E Mail ( Electronic Data Received) it's only the seller asking for a tracking number but that is 4 days ago, remember the rule of the 10 days in Para 1.

3. It's very sad to see what the seller told you on the response of your E Mail. Now what can you do, like Ali Express told you when your 10 days is done open a dispute to get your money back.

4. You should share the seller response E Mail with Ali Express Customer Service.

1. You should share the seller response E Mail with Ali Express Customer Service. Don't forget to include your portion and his response.
