the parcel should have left china. if you can not get the parcel by end of this moment, you'd better open dispute for lost parcel

the seller has close the store not answer me ...i dispute i take my money back or not ..who see my dispute ? the seller or the alliexpress?

1. If you ever open a dispute seller has I think 5 days to respond to the dispute, if he does not respond then it goes directly to Ali Express and within a few days your dispute should be approve.
