Hello,

I have an order with this tracking number: LO162517605CN.

Normally, my order has been send since September 18, but I have no information.

The seller told me that the packet has been delivred on October 30, but I never received my order. The seller send me a printscreen and it’s my tracking number etc

Please tell me why I have no information or just « no shipping record », but the seller can have any informations. And please tell me where is my packet? The Swiss post had never received this packet and it didn’t know this tracking number. The airport in Geneva too.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO162517605CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

The seller is a company: Compasscharm.

And the customer service send me a printscreen with all details of tracking information, with the progression and the status, may adress and this number of tracking.

How can it send me a printscreen if this number doesn’t exist.

your seller should have cooked a fake tracking number and send it to you to cheat your money as if he has shipped the goods. He may have taken a picture with your address in the parcel, but never give this parcel to China Post. or used Photoshop to edit the picture on it. This is a typical online shopping scam skill.

The only proof of shipment is china post tracking result. If no result, no real shipment.
