Where is my package? It was send out using EMS service, would be here in 5-7 days.
It is supposed to go to the Netherlands, but no more updates since the 7th of december. I hope the package isnt lost. Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL897720115CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shenzhen office to Netherlands on Dec 10.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Netherlands Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Netherlands). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Netherlands Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Netherlands Post website will show its new status with Netherlands location.

So this isnt a scam? The package is still underway but it takes more time?
Thanks for the quick reply. Also: is China EMSpackage the fastest shipping service for mail from China?

The tracking number is real and it is on the way to Netherlands. But we are not sure if the parcel inside is same what you have ordered. So it is too early to say it is a scam or not.

The parcel is ePacket, a service which is a little bit slower than EMS. Now is rush season, epacket might take 20 to 30 days to reach Netherlands.
