I just saw someone here by the name of ChinaPostVolunteer is helping everyone. I just wanted to ask you this. I bought something last week of November, then on 2/3rd December I emailed them to get an update. They told me they WILL (they haven't but they will) post my items very soon. Then on 8/9 I got an email saying my items have been shipped. Now today I asked again as I still haven't received anything and they gave me this tracking number:- RI259661106CN

Now as much I believe, my items are still in China because it has not shown me any updates about the parcel arriving in the UK. So... can you help me ChinaPostVolunteer? Can you please tell me if I should wait or if I should take an action? Thank you...
