hello chinapost, i dont know what to do anymore. i purchased an item on the 20th of september 2014 and i am yet to receive it. the seller keeps telling me its on the way but the problem is its taking too long to get here. the tracking number is RI078150657CN. pls help me check if the item is acually on its way. thank you.
unfortunately, its my wedding band, my wedding is coming up 1st week in december and the rings have been stuck in guangzouh since the 1st of october. this is indeed frustrating

shipping from china to nigeria might take about 6 to 8 weeks. you need to wait 2 more weeks.

really! this is a first for me and i guess i am worried because none of the items i previously bought spent up to a month before getting to Nigeria. i still have 2 more weeks in the purchase protection so i guess i will wait and pray. thanks for the reply tho.

hi administrator, its 9 days to go and the tracking status(RI078150657CN) is still showing guangzouh. do u know if it will get to nigeria before the time is up? i want to know what to do between opening dispute or asking the seller for an extension of the purchase protection. thank you as you respond

i informed the seller of this conversation and suddenly an item that has been stuck in guangzouh since 1st of october got to beijing today( i used this site to track). i hope he is not trying to scam me since the purchase protrction is ending in 6days.

open dispute and claim refund before protection expires. no other choice. the parcel should be lost.
