1. Your parcel is fine, it did depart China for Austria. You just need to wait for it, here is a place where you can track it or future parcel:

2. Have you phone Austria Post to find out if they track China Post Registered Parcel on their site and if your parcel arrive in Austria!

same for mine RH334983981CN no results and seller is top rated. I guess they somehow fake those points. Besides they change the article number so u cant report them. This is third time i got screwed i guess china is bad country to do business.

13 days ago i get tracking number and still unable to track my shipment. I try contact the seller and all i get is automated answer that as soon as he can he will help me :). Its funny thing he got changed the item number and the price so now my order technically dont exist and ebay could not do anything about it. They say wait till shipping date expire report it u didnt receive and ask for refund. also contact the seller trough the resolution center ask for help and try report in police so they will take other actions. Crazy stuff.

These 2 numbers are the only numbers that I see from USPS

1. Both tracking number are valid tracking number. I was not able to track them anywhere. Even USPS is giving me this:

The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later.

2. Is it a seller that provided you with the above tracking number or USPS ! If it's a seller then maybe contact him to find out what is going on, if it's USPS just go back where you mail the parcel and ask question.
