I contacted Italian post replies telling me that the package has never arrived in Italy you can see better so I can see if I have to complain to the store. I await news thanks

1. Every Post Office Customer service has the same answer to give. No the parcel is not in this country, it has not arrive, it's still in China.

2. Those are the classic answer, the reason why it's because the parcel has not been scan by the country Post Office and on the computer they see the same thing as you. Parcel left China on the 13 Nov and it's not arrive.

3. You could if you want either contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel or wait patiently for your parcel until Italy Post scan it.

Italian Poste keeps telling me that the package has never entered into Italy and then because china post reports it in transit in China and no that arrived in Italy

1. If you worry to much about your parcel being lost or misplace, then contact the seller and tell him your have not receive the parcel and you want your money back.
