hi

i ordered something from aliexpress and i got this tracking number RX622573894CH. This tracking number has not been updated at all and says china post hasnt recieved it

please advise me

RX622573894CH is swiss post number. track it in Swiss Post website.

i tried on swiss post website and still doesnt work.The seller said it is going shipped via chinapost registered airmail then why swiss post.Do you think its a scam and the seller is not replying

If you paid money over 30 days ago, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress. Otherwise I suggest you keep waiting. Normally ebay/aliexpress seller should be ok

Your can check by yourself in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . it will tell you the number is real or invalid.
