the seller says that this number will not be tracked online as order is under 3 dollars
is he right ??? I have doubts plz volunteer help

CR652856468CN is not valid number. Seller might have shipped the goods with cheap non-trackable service or not even shipped the goods. You can wait 4 weeks, if not receive the goods, then open dispute to aliexpress, you will easily get refund.
