Hey,
I order shoes (LINK) from Aliexpress on 2014-03-12, and item was *shipped* on 2014-03-25.
It's been 13 days since it was sent, and still not found in China Post Tracking system.
Should i open dispute?

Tracking number: RC047796471CN

Now i see that, the person who gave feedback on this item, gave feedback on all other items from this seller.
It seems like the seller is scammer!!!

RC047796471CN is fake number. seller did not ship your goods. you have to open dispute to aliexpress and claim money back asap.
