Hello, I have bought a Men's Winter Parka from an e-shop named Luaihu Store for 34$, and payed it in advance through PayPal....After two days the store disappeared from the net, and I have received a China Post tracking number wich is not valid and impossible to track , allways giving me the same answer: No shipping record ! The seller is unrecheable, my parcel too... What should I do to get a refund ?

yes. you shopped from a typical scam website. You need open dispute to paypal against fraud.
