Post Chinese Seller Fraud? Help!

I purchase TV from seller http://www.2ndo.com from China In August. Supposedly TV was shipped to me in USA on Sept. 3, 2016 Tracking Number RH339623305CN
I contact supplier they tell me China Post can take 2-3 months for delivery?
Tracking number suggests TV is in route, but I believe supplier has cheat me out of $400. Can it really take this long for delivery? Is TV still in customs? It's been 2 and a half months, NO TV! I welcome any comments or suggestions. Thank you.

Can it take up to three months for parcel to arrive in United States from China via China Post? This is what my seller from China has told me. I purhcased TV in late August and it still has not arrived in USA (California) I believe they have stolen money from me! Unethical seller. Tracking No. RH339623305CN. Last tracking update shows parcel left Airport on August 23rd. Can it really take up to three months? I have feeling maybe they never shipped TV, just trick me with fake tracking number. I welcome any comments.

2. And another tracking:
International Mail# RH339623305CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RH339623305CN CHINA UNITED STATES On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
23-Aug-2016 19:29 Received by Post Office 20023712
25-Aug-2016 12:08 Departure export customs SHANGHAI

3. So according to the above tracking we know that the parcel is On Route/In Transit to USA. Departed China on the 03 Sep.

4. Now, parcel from China to USA can take from 8 to 62 days.

5. May I suggest you do this. Go to your local USPS Post Office and ask to talk to the supervisor. Explain to him you are waiting for a big parcel from China with tracking number: RH339623305CN. Can he help you out in tracking that number for you on his system. While doing the above please do stay calm and very very polite.

6. If your a lucky person maybe they tried once to deliver the parcel to you and for whatever reason you did not get a card that the parcel is waiting for you at the USPS Post Office.

Hope the above can help you get your parcel.

Thanks.
