I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a package and so I check if there are any updates and it says this?

Origin Country

2016-06-17 03:37 Russian Federation, left the transit Exchange Bureau
2016-06-15 19:04 Russian Federation, reached the transit Exchange Bureau
2016-05-23 22:17 Guangzhou, from Guangzhou to Hong Kong
2016-05-23 21:32 Guangzhou, Guangzhou postal EMS the company's international business branch has been received (the embrace cast member name: Zhao Suwei, Tel:)

Why would it be in Russia if it is being shipped to Australia?

1. I think somebody in the system put your parcel in the wrong Mail Bag. I suspect maybe the parcel is leaving Russia for Australia but I'm not sure. Here is what I found:

3. Maybe it is time to contact seller and ask him to contact China Post: 11185, to find out where and what is going with your parcel.

I have the same problem, except that my package don't say Rusia but the Location is te same (510321). My destination es México, this is the information:

the parcel was shipped on Dec 6. you need wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get it in Mexico. no need worry at this moment.
