Post What happened to my parcel?

Hello, I am sending a gift to my boyfriend in Australia. There has been no status update since the 16th of July.

As taken from the track-chinapost.com website:

Tracking number is RJ591659902CN .

We contacted Australia Post, where we have a friend and they said no parcel with that number or with my boyfriend's name has arrived in Australia.

I contacted the seller and they said they think China Post may have lost the parcel. The seller also contacted you, China Post, and has had no reply for over a week. So I am posting here to see what happened.

I am furious. The seller will be forced to refund the money even though it was China Post who caused issues.

Please get back to me with a good answer and not something vague.

You should open dispute to seller and ask for refund. You can not know the exact location of a postal parcel. If it is over 30 days and you have not got the goods in Australia, normally you should consider it is lost.

I too would like to know what has happened to my parcel. Last information on the tracking was that it had left Beijing on 21 August, but it has not arrived in Australia and surely that is long enough for a small parcel! Number is RO615140218CN

RO615140218CN left china on Aug 21. normally after parcel left china, you should wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.
