My tracking number is RI534912053CN and I have been waiting over a month. I see it was shipped in july and is still stuck in china. Just wondering if this is normal. Thanks.

Hi so I ordered a parcel over a month and a half ago, tracking number is RF058844323CN. I searched it on the tracker and it says that by my understanding it is sitting in HANGZHOU still. It should have been here over 2 weeks ago. Is there anyway to know what is going on?
