Post Two tracking numbers

Hello,

We are a bit worried about two tracking numbers with no tracking.
One was posted on Saturday (RG256452758CN), the other on Monday (RH293183729CN). Shouldn't there be some tracking by now? I know it takes a couple of days, but it is past the couple of days by now, in particular for the first one...

Thanks for checking!

RG256452758CN posted today, will leave china next days... you can now see on tracking

RH293183729CN not yet shipped, usually sellers give you tracking number but ships after some days 😉

In general, may I ask how you know if a tracking number is fake for example if it starts with R (for registered), then has another letter, then 9 digits, then CN? Is there a way to know? Sometimes you tell people it's fake. Is there a way to tell or have you got an internal system to check?

The first parcel seems to be already in Australia, but that's all we can know until it arrives. Still no trace of the second one, and no reply from the seller (last time I checked at least). He has good feedback, so hopefully it is just a delay or maybe they have not scanned it.

Anyway, if there is no update next week when do you think I should go to the bank to get a refund? It was supposedly posted last Sunday. At least the seller did mark the item as SHIPPED on that day. Even considering he might have waited a couple of days, there should definitely be an update next week, so if there is no update I think I have reasons to worry and would like to know what to do next.

A number is fake when seller shipped from time (10 days or more) and still no tracking data are avaiable.

You can wait 10 days from shipping, then you can write again to the seller. If you don't get any response within 48 hours feel free to open a dispute (if you bought on aliexpress/ebay/amazon)

OK, thanks. So he marked it as shipped on Sunday (I have to say that was very quick, immediately after I paid, so it is possible that he had not shipped it yet). It was in the afternoon, so I will wait until Thursday morning and write again, and if he doesn't reply by the following Monday I will go to the bank or write to the bank for a charge back, showing them all the evidence.
