tracking shows attempted delivery ... from AUSTRALIA TO CHINA

I have followed the tracking of a guitar , returned to the manufacturer because of faults & poor quality workmanship ..

EY101430605AU ,,, attempted delivery Sept 2..

I have contacted the receiver ... they have not seen it.. they checked with customs too .. but it has not been RE- delivered from the sorting post office..

3 weeks later ... & I don't know where my package is .. it's worth $450 AUD ..

I can supply any shipping , paper work contacts addresses.. etc. I double checked with the receiver.. & made sure the address was correct.

this is a nightmare..

the parcel arrived China Post office in 潍坊市 on Sep 3 but failed delivery, you should ask receiver go to that post office and pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned.

the seller is refusing to cooperate ... even though they said to return their goods.
I asked them many times to check tracking .. to contact post office .. & have redelivery ..
they do nothing

how can I prove that the parcel is still in the post office. ?

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should explain this to ebay/aliexpress and escalate the dispute for refund.

thankyou ,,, please help. how do I get china post to redeliver ?... the seller is playing ignorant game ,,, claiming they never received package.

you can open complaint to ebay/aliexpress which you paid money to. Tell them seller don't want to pickup the goods and refund you money.

thanks,,, these people don't want to refund me .. & keep my money ..
they avoid receiving package , so that it is sent back to me.. by default. 😡

I have complained to Aliexpress .. they are slow.

I want china post to redeliver the package ...ASAP ~ as soon as possible.
