Hi,

I've had issues with the seller in terms of the tracking and shipping. This is the tracking number CP283998168CN. I've checked EMS for the last 5 days with it constantly saying no events currently found, so I gave AusPost a shot and it has been saying the same thing. Now I've been doing some research online and trying to find out where exactly this tracking number has come from.

I've found some weird answers such as it being a tracking number used in the UK and then the tracking number identity being sourced back to different shipping and postage systems. The annoying this is that the seller does not respond to anything and I have to wait another couple of hours to open a dispute which is very annoying. The only time they've responded is by saying we'll make a query for you but they've been saying that for 5 days now.

I know its easy to be sucked into belief that its all legit etc as they have reasonable feedback as well as comments that give off good vibes and the locations of the buyers are all over the shop which purchases after me still occurring little by little. Although it could easily be a scam.

I'd just like some clarity on the situation as it's a birthday present and I'm going to look like an idiot if it doesn't come.

I paid for EMS why did they send by China Post?

if over 72 hours, then the number was not shipped. the shipper gave you a fake number.
