Item: RH037812529CN

Has been in Shanghai going through "Export Customs Scan" since August 18, 3 weeks. This is the 2nd item that has been posted and not arrived in Australia. Why is it taking so long, will I ever receive my item and if so how long should I expect to wait?

shanghai airport is experiencing some delay since mid August. you probably need wait 2 more weeks.
