Hi there,

My parcel RC910250055CN is showing COLLECTION status since 01 July 2014 (8 days ago) at location 20023712 (Shanghai?). Destination is Australia (Melbourne).

Is something wrong if the status hasn't moved on from COLLECTION after 8 days?

status no changing within 2 weeks is normal. you need some patient. for correct location information,please track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

Hi, my item has been stucked in "collection" status for 5 days now, what is happening? I really need it to be here, (Australia) by December.

Tracking number is RM201059113CN, can anyone please check it ?

you need some patient. status changing sometimes takes about one or two weeks.
