Hello

I am waiting on my first order from a China manufacturer. It is a very small parcel of clothing samples.

They gave me a tracking number and I can see that it is Leaving Beijing on the 27th May at 16:52hrs and is 'on route' to Australia. But that doesn't tell me a lot. How can it take 14 days to fly to here ?

Perhaps I am not understanding the process :)

My tracking number is RJ489599589CN

Any help would be great..thank you.

Most of the time the parcel is not on the plane. It is usually waiting for processing in airport warehouse. Normally you can not know the parcel location and status after the parcel left China.
