1.1 As a general question, because the parcel receiver said that it might have gone back to Guangzhou, would the parcel be returned to Guangzhou, or to the nearest post office in Beijing to the receiver?
1.2 What location is 100016? Is that a post office in Beijing? The receiver lives in Chaoyang district, 100026?
1.3 What is meant by "damage"? How can I find out what has happened to the parcel?
1.4 Where is the parcel being held?
1.5 How is the addressee/receiver being notified?
1.6 How can the address/receiver collect this parcel?
1.7 What identification do they need to provide to collect the item? [This is for my daughter, but her mum would be the one to collect it]
