Hi

Can you please tell me why my package isn't moving tracking number RL172550005CN
I keep getting told by seller that it was shipped on the 13th of February, I ordered another of the same item on the same day and it has already arrived it had a tracking number of RL172550019CN which has all the movement info but RL172550005CN only says electronic information has been received, why hasn't the second item arrived but was sent on the same day????

RL172550005CN is fake number. your seller did not ship you anything.

Hi thankyou for your quick reply, banggood are 100% sure they sent it on the 13th of February, are they lying????
