Item not received, seller informed and dispute process completed in favor of seller as the item can be seen in the tracking as leaving china airport, then nothing. Australia post states that no record of that tracking number.

Attempted appeal with aliexpress but given a week to get written evidence from Australia post that the item did not get delivered. Australia post wont comment as they have no record of that tracking number in their system. So it appears i have lost the money. Any ideas would be welcome.

I dont think that the seller is to blame, as he seems reputable and has very low negative feed back, however i do note that my negative feedback is not present on his profile, some thoughts re maybe aliexpress feedback and buyer protection is a scam of sorts.

I do think the item is lost in the mail, and well imagined that this is covered by aliexpress buyer protection but in my case i cannot get a supporting letter from my post office as it went missing prior to entering their system.

Any ideas would be welcome.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows very clearly that the parcel was returned in Guangzhou on Dec 9,2015. It never left China. You should escalate the dispute to dispute.
