Hi I am trying to retrieve and find my parcel with the tracking number RH049729744CN.

The parcel is addressed to Nightingale Matu, 8 Perth Street, Otara, Auckland, 2023, New Zealand.

The status of this tracking number says it's been delivered however this is incorrect. I have contacted our NZpost and was advised that yes the parcel has been delivered but not to the addressed mentioned above. The parcel has been delievered to another part of New Zealand and therefore was advised to contact either the sender or China Post for confirmation.

Are you able to look into this and advise. I am happy to attach any documents required to confirm that this is my parcel.

Obviously your seller shipped to wrong address or gave you a wrong tracking number. You should contact seller or open dispute to claim refund.
