Post Returned goods parcel stuck in China

I had to return a parcel of goods for a refund to Putian.
Tracking number CF106648520AU
Last update on tracking was on 10/12/16 and stated that it was cleared by customs in Fuzhou.
Can anyone please help as I can't read Chinese so can't get any information from Chinese site.

1. The last tracking of the parcel is this:
2016-12-10 10:35:15.0 Fuzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. Your parcel is still transiting inside China. You could ask the receipient of the parcel to call China Post Hot Line 11185 to find out exactly where your parcel is at right now.
