Hi could you please tell me the status of the parcel RB840849741CN. I managed to find out the parcel entered the country 02 Oct 2013 but since there is no more tracking for the package. I have called the postal service. who said the package was sent to another part of the country for delivery and seem to think that it was addressed to another address and not my address

RB840849741CN passed export scan and was delivered to airline warehouse in Shanghai on Sep 27. It is waiting for next available airline space to New Zealand. Normally you should get the parcel within 2 to 4 weeks.

RB840849741CN is now in New Zealand Post. You should call your local post office and check the parcel delivery information.
