I ordered this parcel. It was shipped on the 9/12. Where is it? I paid $40 Australian dollars extra to get it here before Christmas and it is still not here in Australia.

RB529147828CN is a regular register airmail(slow mail). In this rush season, it is very possible to be delivered after Xmas. I don't know why you paid extra $40 but shipper still use such slow service. You should contact seller for compensation.
