Post parcel stuck at post office for nearly two months

Hi have parcel with tracking number RJ788963093CN sitting at post office 31203100 since 18 of jun, tried contacting supplier of parcel but is not responding any reason why parcel has not moved?

2. Your parcel has not move from that China Post office, I would not be surprise that the parcel is lost or maybe was left in a corner somewhere. Since you don't have any contact with seller, just open a dispute to get your money back. Please include in your dispute all contact that you made with the seller.

3. It was difficult to find a tracking of your parcel but here is one:

Destination Country - New Zealand: 64 9 367 9710 Go to official website
Origin Country - China: 86 20 11185 Go to official website [email protected]
2016-06-18 16:18,Posting/Collection, 31203100

You could also include that into your dispute.

Thanks for the great help, I really didn't want to open a dispute but felt that I may need to your assistance has assured me to do so, out of all the products that I've purchased from China this is the only one that didn't arrive.
