Hi,

We sent a parcel from Australia to China with the tracking #EJ206351561AU

Street Address: Suzhan road, xin tian di jia yuan, Building 72, Room 206
City: Suzhou
Province/State: Jiangsu
Country/Region: China (Mainland)

The parcel has arrived in Nanjing but hasn't moved since the 23rd November 2016.

Please help.
If it is located, can you send it back to the sender please. The address in on the package.

1. Recipient of the parcel should call China Post Hot Line 11185 to find out where is the parcel exactly.

Are there any other options are I am having issues contacting the recipient?
If my parcel is at the Nanjing terminal processing center, does this mean it is stuck at customs?

2. You could call yourself China Post EMS : 11183, They might be able to help you.

3. In the last tracking maybe sent to domestic imports means the parcel is traveling inside China. I'm not sure because I translate the Chinese indication into English. Or it could be sent to Import Customs if so then you can read this:

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?
