It has now been over 4 weeks and it seems my package is still in China. According to the tracking website it has passed through shanghai customs, but has stayed in the same place for 26 days.
Does China Post work? Do other people have similar problems with this service? It is my first time using China post and I want to know if it is reliable

If your parcel stuck in shanghai over 4 weeks, it might have some problem to pass security check. you need open a dispute and claim money back. check F.A.Q
