Post Package left China but still has not arrived into Australia

My package from China with tracking number RL222109005CN has left China by air on 24th October. But it still has not arrived into Australia. When I called Australia Post they said it is still outside China. How can a package leave China and still does not reach Australia for 11 days?

The time between the package leaves China and reaches the destination country is the most frustrating part of tracking as it takes so long to enter into the destination country and more often there is no tracking in the destination country and the end user is in dark till the package is received.

1. According to the tracking i have done on multiple sites, your parcel seems to be fine. On of them is this one:

2. So your parcel is On Route to your country, may I suggest you read this:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

3. Also if you want next time when you buy something in China, you could ask to have the parcel deliver by E Packet, it would be faster then China Post Register mail. It will cost you maybe 2 or 3 US dollars more but it's worth the extra money.

4. I guess your only option is to be patient and wait for your parcel.
